Refund policy
Effective Date: May 31, 2026
Thank you for partnering with wesolditout. Because we operate strictly as a wholesale liquidation distributor selling high-volume lots, pallets, and bulk inventory directly to retailers and live-streamers, our return policy differs significantly from standard retail stores.
Please read the following policy carefully before completing your purchase. By submitting an order, you explicitly acknowledge and agree to these terms.
1. Strict "All Sales Are Final" Policy
No Returns or Exchanges:
All transactions on wesolditout.com are 100% final. We do not accept returns, offer exchanges, or issue refunds for any reason once an order has been paid for and processed.
Liquidation Nature:
The inventory sold on our platform consists of bulk wholesale lots, closeouts, overstocks, and liquidation goods. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you understand the nature of the liquidation industry and accept all risks associated with buying bulk lots for resale.
2. "As-Is, Where-Is" Condition
No Guarantees on Individual Items:
All pallets and manifests are sold strictly on an "AS-IS" and "WHERE-IS" basis.
Manifest Variations:
While we work diligently to provide accurate descriptions, manifest percentages, and item counts, wholesale lots may contain a percentage of items with damaged retail packaging, missing accessories, or varying conditions. Company makes no guarantees regarding the exact resale value, condition, or marketability of individual pieces within a lot. No adjustments, credits, or partial refunds will be given for manifest discrepancies.
3. Chargeback and Dispute Protection
No Unauthorized Chargebacks:
By completing your checkout via our direct credit/debit card payment network, you explicitly agree that you will not initiate a chargeback or payment dispute with your credit card issuer, bank, or payment processor.
Legal Fees:
Any attempt to fraudulent or wrongfully dispute a valid transaction will be considered a direct breach of this agreement. Customer will be held fully liable for all administrative costs, processing penalties, and legal/lawyer fees incurred by Company to defend and resolve the dispute.
4. Shipping and Freight Damage
Title Passes at Shipping:
All orders are shipped FOB (Free on Board) shipping point. This means that ownership and the risk of loss or damage transfer entirely to you the exact moment the freight or shipment is picked up from our facility by the carrier.
Carrier Claims Only:
Company is not responsible for boxes or pallets damaged, lost, or delayed in transit by third-party shipping carriers or freight lines. If your inventory arrives damaged due to carrier handling, you must document the damage on the Bill of Lading (BOL) at the time of delivery and file a claim directly with the shipping company.
